the crow and titos and others use mostly the forearm and the side if the elbow.. the crow has a nasty whip to his that opens cuts

I'm sorry, but elbows don't hurt as much as a punch. All they do is cut fighters and stop fucking fights. That's another rule that the UFC must change. Elbows provide no power from an inside position, it's another story if you see a forearm come across a grounded opponent and his face it's all bone. That's not an elbow, yes that hurts. Elbows are useless, all that they're there for is the blood element. Fucking marketing, that's all.

I think that Cro-Cop said that exact same thing after losing to Gonzaga...That the elbows had no effect on him but for some reason had him very groggy and were the cause of his loss.

But I'm sure you know more.

yes, this is the most unused technique in mma.ppl have been ko,d with a standing elbow not to mention the nasty cuts they cause.couture was good at using them.the crow could probably end the fight with one.

It seems like more fighters would use elbows when standing against the cage but for some reason they just stay clinched up.
