Do you judge a fighter more on strengths or weaknesses?

Pretty simple question. When you look at a fighter, do you like him for his strengths or for his lack of weaknesses? Conversely, do you dislike guys that are amazing at one thing and not very well-rounded?

For example: I like GSP for his apparent lack of a glaring weakness(and his personality), while I still like Cro Cop for his striking....

Do you find yourself rooting for more fighters that are amazing at one thing, or pretty good at everything?

I don't really judge fighters unless I'm picking fights. And in that case I judge it based on a style matchup and where the fight is likely to take place. Then I take into account the strengths and weaknesses.

I like GSP a bunch because he is so good at his specialty, which is mastery of many skills and styles.

I usually like specialists, because styles make fights, and there is more excitement when you know the slick move, the sneaky sub, or the shocking KO is coming.

My favorite fights are when somebody pulls something really cool and badass out of his butt and nobody sees in coming, like Parisyan's back-rolling into a Kimura or the Crow landing the spinning back kick to the ribs that made his oppnt turn white... Or the opposite leg kick GSP did to Hughes, where Hughes was starting to block, and GSP drops his level a bit and kicks to the opposite weight bearing calf. Bad stuff, man...

I kinda mean more on a fan level. I understand the necessity when you're betting, but which are you drawn to? Somebody who can pull something spectacular in one aspect (a CC LHK for example) or a guy who';s solid in every aspect?

If you don't have an answer, that's cool too...
