I'm in the Peoria, IL area.
I have Comcast. The channel is listed on my guide with all the other HD channels.
Do I have to specifically order it? All my other HD channels are free but HDnet doesn't come on.

Suburbs, about 5 minutes from city limits and 20 from downtown.

Actually, the widget only lists Insight Communications in my area. Unfortunately, Comcast bought out Insight in my area over a year ago. So you need to update.
As it stands, I have comcast, HDnet is listed on my guide... but it doesn't work.

Do I need an HDtv to get it? Bright house offers it in my area as a specialty package, but I don't have an HDtv.
