Do You Feel Bad For Killa B?

I personally feel bad for Ben Saunders. He was starting to climb the ladder as far as competition went. I mean he had a shitty performance against Swick, but then he had a really impressive performance against Marcus Davis. He was about to fight his third real threat in Martin Kampmann and now the Hitman has pulled out due to a large cut above his right eye.

Now Jake Ellenberger is going to be the replacement and I have a lot of respect for him/like him/anticipate watching him grow, but I feel like it's sort of a step down for Killa B. I mean, Saunders has come a long way from fighting people like Ryan Thomas and Brandon Wolff. I just thought this was going to be another nice fight to add to his resume that might push him closer to title contention. Now, I feel like a victory (if he gets a victory) won't mean as much.

Thoughts?

Jake Ellenberger is a beast with some serious power, I hope Ben doesn't look passed him. If Ben can get by him then he'll get a shot at a Paulo or a Daley probably.

Ellenberger is more of a threat than Kampmann is... imo.

I agree that Jake is a bigger threat than Kampman. I train with him and he hits incredibly hard. His take downs are awesome, he's very strong. And he can take a punch. I see Ellenberger late first round KO

Don't sleep on Ellenberger. I'd actually favor him to knock Saunders on his ass.

Hey, I'm not saying I'm sleeping on Ellenberger by any means. As a matter of fact, I had him beating Condit in their match up during fight night. I just think Kampmann as of right now is a bigger name in the UFC. When people wake the fuck up and realize what damage Ellenberger can do, he'll become a contender.

I think ellenberger has a good chance to beat ben, he's got 1 hit KO power, and super strength to wrestle him down
