Do any state commissions allow Pride style rules?

While the NSAC's rules that are in effect in the UFC are the norm in most of the other states that sanction MMA, I know that there are some states that are differant. Does anyone know if any states that allow MMA operate with Pride style rules, such as kicks to a downed apponent?

Back in the day when the UFC would run shows in Alabama and Wyoming, they would allow these types of things, but that was more likely because they had no commission at all, instead of having one that sanctions it.

I vaguely remember hearing that California has decided to allow Pride rules.

I really doubt it, if they did Im sure other organizations would have accepted some of the moves you can use in pride, stomps, knees to the head on the ground ect. So I guess pride will have to adapt when they make their mma debut in the states. I still say get rid of elbows and bring on the stomps and knees, I hate when fights get stopped by an elbow cut.

Im pretty sure they do not. Pride will probably have to adapt their rules a bit. Now theymay allow elbows on the ground.

And a 10 minute first round.

I doubt they allow soccer kicks or knees to the head on the ground

The rules will be the same rules for Pride as they are for the UFC. Unless the NSAC suddenly had a change of heart.
