diego vs fitch analysis...
ok here is my analysis..
diego sanchez;

deigo is a pretty well rounded fighter lacking a little in striking,and with strengths in his cardio,abilty to push the pace,and his slipperyness (ability to sneak out of bad positions into good ones),and his experience agaist top fighters.

fitch is very well rounded,with great size/strength for his weight class.he is also an elite wrestler,who has obtained a brown belt in bjj,with decent hands, and kicks.his only know weakness as of now is he hasnt had top tier competion yet.
I see this fight being extremly close,even though it looks like a bad match up for diego.the stand up i think should be pretty even,but deigo is acceptable to outside jabs and fitch does have quite a reach.but i think diego is going to come out like a man possesed throwing left straights and rights straights,and will make it hard for fitch to find his range with the jab.i believe fitch can take diego down at will, and probly will after he gets pressured by diegos pace.but on the ground diego probly has the best scramble,and is the most slippery and hardest to ground and pound or submit in the game.diego can slip out of alot of bad postions fitch puts him in on the ground,and he is great at sneaking onto other fighters backs.fitch really has never been tested on his back so i see diego doing some damage with ground and pound if if he can use his scramble to get on top.both fighter has good cardio but diego cardio with be a little better and could help him win the third round if it goes that far, wich i believe it will.on paper it looks like a win for fitch, but i think with diegos experience advantage agaist top guys, slipperyness,and cardio it makes it a even fight.
conclusion:
round 1: diego comes out possesed scores points striking fitch gets takedown or take downs diego scrambles out. "even round/slight diego advantage"
round 2:a little slower pace,fitch gets a little more comfortable starts to control the take downs,diego has hard time getting out from bottom."fitch"
round 3:fitch tires slightly diego keeps pushing the pace,they exchenge puches,diego scrabbles on top scores more points and finishes strong. "diego"
