Dana got2 open up the purse a little wider, all main eventers on ppv should get a million, the loser 1million the winner 2million.
The headliner of a spike event should get 1million the lose a half of a million I think thats fair.

I'd say that is a little too high just because of how many events the UFC hosts, but their should be a sizeable bonus for headlining an event over a fighters base pay. I'd make it tied to the number of viewers though as opposed to a flat rate.

Wow thats high,

I think you are forgetting that the UFC put a lot of money into expanding MMA... and that results in larger fighter pay down the road. But it is a process.

Look at their mmafacts website and project, thats costs money... this is just one example of how they are trying to expand the sport, and fighters will see the result of that down the road.

People forget that it was the UFC that paved the road for all these other organizations, and fighters wouldnt be making nearly what they are now in North America if it wasn't for them.

Let the UFC do what they are doing, and fighters will see an increase in pay... the bigger the sport gets, the bigger the paycheck... so let them grow the sport, their brand, and everything else will come in place.

Sure why not? Then UFC would fail very shortly and ALL mma orgs in North America would be losing money and be close to bankruptcy.

Does people REALLY believe the orgs makes so good money?
Look at WFA M1 Bodog they all failed made no money.
IFL is close to go down, Elite is in trouble and may not make it if they dont get good ratings on CBS.

MMA is not a big moneymaker.... yet

I think it all falls back to a thread a few weeks ago where one post basically said that fighters are worth what they are worth and sign a contract knowing what they will be paid----fight hard, win, get a fan base and the money will come. putting blanket amounts for specific events will not work.
