Deeper weight class, Welterweight or Light Heavyweight???

Which weight class, overall, has the most depth???

LHW= Shogun, Sokoudjou, Rashad, Rampage, Machida, Liddell, etc.

WW= Hughes, Serra, Koscheck, St. Pierre, Swick (now), Paryisian, etc.

Welterweight easily, you have to be pretty high on the p4p scale to make it there.

With all of this transitioning and figuring out what former pride fighters are fighting in what division in UFC, it's gonna take a few months to figure out. MW Division is certainly the least entertaining at the moment.

Good point, but its kind of hard to rank the top WWs because of the weight class variances.

Good point. Pride doesn't have a WW division, and most of the top 170lb fighters are already in the UFC. I'd still like to see Shields in the UFC.

Combining the two top orgs, LHW is deepest.

I'd have to say welterweight. This list is already pretty impressive, and it's not even mentioning Penn, Sanchez, or Fitch.
