Dana White: THE LEX LUTHOR OF MMA
You heard it here first, that's what I'm coining him. If you heard it before then you heard it first from me.
This man is getting or already has what it seems to be Ultimate power in the MMA world. I was hoping he was going to lose the battle of which organization was the #1 MMA organization in the world between the UFC and PRIDE. PRIDE held that position for many years until the Ultimate Fighter show on Spike catapulted the UFC into top position and the unfortunate business demise of DSE.
He's an excellent promoter and he's a brash and savvy business man. He just reminds me too much of Lex Luthor from the DC Comic's Superman comics. Love him or hate him, he's doing HUGE things and is gaining more power and power as time progresses. He seems to be sucking the very life out of PRIDE and is going to put on the best MMA fights because of it. Since he's taking PRIDE out, he may as well take PRIDE's lighting equipment and huge screens and add them to his UFC shows, maybe even the crazy screaming lady as well.
Not to mention his bald head as well. I guess I just did.
