If the sport is ever going to be as big as the NFL, NBA, or MLB. The need a public leader that isn't going to cuss each other word. Dana's just not a very respectful person, and has that F You attitude. Dana should take a more Joe Silva like way about it. Maybe let one of the brothers deal with the public relations.

I just hope this video game or whatever the real reasons are for letting people go like Fitch doesn't cut all the good fighters. It's ridiculous to let go the #3 WW in the world over bullshit like this.

Yeah well so far it is the only company that has stood the test of time and been able to boast it has the best fighters at the same time. The UFC is still in a major growth and stability period.Eventually when all these merchandising and expansion ventures are solidly in place you will see fighters get their proper cuts of the pie.I do think Dana White could be far more diplomatic when it comes to how he deals with fighters. He sounds like he just needs a good punch in the head at times.

While it may be a fantastic school(imo Jon Fitch and Mike Swick are the only true talents there), it is obvious they are having problems with management if fighters are willing to leave a team they are affiliated with over a contrctual difference. This kinda crap does not happen overnight, it takes some time, and most likely there have been problems for awhile. My guess is the guy leaving AKA is Douchebag Koscheck, and good riddance to him. I hope he falls flat on his face.
Any way you slice it, it's all speculation.

The UFC will never be a promotion where there is no question who the top fighters are... as long as Dana keeps running shit like his personal ant-farm. W/ the exception of Nog, The HW division is already a joke! Fedor, AA, Barnett would all kick the snot out of UFC's current joke-of-a-champion.

Don't make the assumption that it will = more money for the UFC. More than half the cheap bastards here download events. Unless it's free on Spike.
