Dana should have announced Chuck-Wand at 62

does anyone else agree that dana should have announced the liddell-silva fight after 62? that way it would be totally confirmed because liddell would have beaten sobral but if he didnt beat him, then no announcement would have been made.

Yeah, I'm with you on this one. Dana shot his load too soon...who can blame him, though. Chuck v. Wand is a dream match up. Couldn't keep the cat in the bag.

It might have to do with Wandy fighting very close to UFC 62. He probably wouldn't want to fly to the US right before going to Japan and mess-up training. Just a thought.

Because if it's chuck vs wandy, it doesn't matter if he loses to babalu or not. I'd rather see chuck fight regardless if he's still the champ or not

Yes agree 100%. It's almost as if they're downplaying Renato. Not a good move! I wont be surprised if Chuck loses to Babalu and messes everything up

i think you are mistaken. people are more worried about the fact that it was announced, even though theres a chance it still might not happen.
