Dan catches a break between training sessions to relax at home and talks about cutting weight and his approach to his fight against Mike Swick.

Great stuff. I found the weight cutting part interesting, I never realised Hardy weighed as much as he does. I thought he was a little undersized. He should have a sizeable weight advantage over Swick in this fight.
