TBH, I think this is pretty standard especially for MMA gyms. My place is under a railroad track with no heat or AC or fans (if you left your water bottle by the door during the winter it would freeze on top by the end of class.) This is just what I've come to expect.

warm gym means your muscles stay looser, harder to get pulls and strains.

The heat helps to prevent injuries. I like gyms with Ac. Hendos gym has no AC along with some other big gyms.
