Marcus Hicks' gym is old school. Definitly not one of those "Hollywood" gyms popping up all over the place.

The Jamie Varner poster in the cage is awesome!

That's how we used to do it in wrestling. It's hell but it works the lungs harder, and helps in cutting weight.
