Crazy idea for time limits?
Some fighters and fans have complained about time limits, how about this idea? Have matches an unspecified time. Example 2 fighters are going to fight, the judges draw a time out of a hat or some other random selection method. But here is the kicker, they don't tell the fighters what the limit is. So the fighters would come out hard in the first round(incase it's the only one) and so on and so on to try to win rounds before the time limit. This I feel will press the fighters more and result in more finnishes. If the fighter dosen't know if he is fighting for one round or seven( or whatever number) he will want to get it done and over with. Also as the PPV goes on the can adjust the times accordingly to fit in the PPV time frame thus always leaving plenty of time for the main event if need be. Thoughts?
