I dunno man, the crow wasnt REALLY an action movie to me. It was more fantasy with some action splashed in.

PS - I love the Crow and have the graphic novels and the poster, so I'm not hating....but Brandon Lee did this movie to try to get away from the kung fu/martial arts genre.
