Icon4 Hughes injured & may be out for Nov. UFC
Georges St. Pierre learned a few hours ago that Matt Hughes is injured. So the rumor of Hughes injury, which went out after the UFC 63 : Hughes vs Penn, would be a confirmed fact.


We don't know which type of injury it is, neither if this could compromise his title defence against St. Pierre on November 18th. But if the contender was officially informed about Hughes injury, this could mean that the fight will probably be cancelled.

yeah, that sucks, I thought I read on another thread that it was not a major injury, but one that you get suspended from fighting by from the athletic comission

It's not going to happen anytime soon! Dana White has already stated Tim Sylvia versus Jeff Monson for UFC 65 in November! God, I wish people would quit assuming this is going to happen! It's not happening this year, period!
