The Camp Pendleton Submission Wrestling Team trials will be held July 8th at the MCMAP Room (# 52635) at San Onofre. The room is behind the 52 area clinic and next to the armory. The event will start at 0830 hrs if you plan on trying out. Don't worry about weight cutting at this point. All active and reserves can come. There is no charge for this event. We ask that only competitors show, no spectators.
If you are active duty stationed at Camp Pendleton there is a strong possibility of obtained TDY orders to The Camp Pendleton Submission Wrestling Team in the very near future.
If you need a place on base to train the 33 area fitness center (Camp Margarita) has a group there from 1200 to 1500 hrs every Sunday.
The Camp Pendleton team will have it's first Duel Meet against Cal State Fullerton at Brea High School in Orange County on July 15th.

On Aug 20th the team will be part of a 8 way World Cup Submission Wrestling duel meet at the University of San Diego. The duel will follow the Pankration Competition at the World Amateur Martial Arts Games.
