And some new fans have never seen them at all. Notice the word 'newbs' in thread title.

My favourite has gotta be the headkick Williams did on Coleman after 12 mins of laying on him, he comes back in overtime with that huge kick, caught Coleman square in the face, drops the hammer down!

? I have the VHS versions of 1 -22, not the DVDs. And I started this thread for the benefit of some fans new to the sport who may have never laid eyes on any of the arly fights.

Not sure what your point is, 'buddy'.

Its Truly amazing how far the sport has come, watching the early fights ( i watched them Live at my Buddies house back in the day!) its insane how bad some of these guys were..its like they had no concept of Jiu Jitsu or submissions, its no wonder Royce walked through everybody, it was like pre-school jits class for him, watching now its funny that he didnt just armbar guys in like 10 seconds every fight..LOL.

Watching the fight with Veet or whatever the skinny little dude who got elbowed out is, he was under him for like 45 seconds and probably could have taken his back like 45 times..hell he was on his back underneath.

I honestly think with the year in a half training i have now i could have won a few fights in the first couple UFC's just based on wrestling and jits.

I'm pretty Sure Royce would have tapped my ass but he probably would have been shocked when i didnt just let myself get tapped ..LOL

Yep. MMA had that "who is the best fighter who can beat anyone" feeling, but now people just wants their favourite guys to win and fighters they hate to lose no matter how it happens. Fedor vs TK and what people say about that fight these days is good example.
