brad didnt have the technical capacity to do this...editing style was done poorly....loretta would re edit his jobs....writers complained about intrusive editing...alienated staff...not good with core writters and contributors....lack of mma knowledge was a big problem...didnt meet mma benchmarks..didnt know who paul daley was.....asked if kimbo was the elitexc hw champ...wasnt familiar with foreign/european mma....couldnt provide good radio content...
