I like Vera too, but he hasn't looked real good lately. I hope he makes a great showing against Jardine. I don't know why Vera doesn't take advantage of his Greco Roman skills more, he's one of few practitioners in the UFC outside of Randy Couture, and Henderson.

I think Werdum had more to do with that than Sylvia.
He was convinced the Sylvia fight was a "fluke".

Why bother when you're so good on the feet?

I still have plenty of faith in Vera's ability to knock a man unconcious.
He's just been having trouble pulling the trigger lately.
