A rematch with GSP is highly unlikely, if Penn wins his fight against the Sean "Steroid" Sherk (which he will) seeing as how they're both the champions of the divisions they fight in. The only way this would happen would be if GSP dropped down, because I don't think BJ wants to go back to welter and fight contenders before getting a shot a Georges.

I completely agree; however, someone's gotta tell these NOOBs what's up.

You do understand that a unanimous decision just means that all the judges agreed. it could have been razor thin to all 3 judges. That fight was just ridiculously impressive for Penn even though he lost. To take Machida to a decision and taqke minimum damage when you moved up from LW and just gained fat is ridiculous. especially considering that prior to that Machida had KO'd Franklin.

I think its because he was the first American to ever be a BJJ champion at the black belt level. I could be wrong but I think thats correct. Anyone know?

Machida is over-hyped because he can't get a fight against a top 5 LHW so...STFU!!!
