Bisping v Hamill at UFC 75?

I just received the following email from the O2 phone company (who sponsor the centre where ufc 75 is being held in london)

No need to fight for tickets

The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to London for the first time since 2002 with UFC 75. Great Britain's own Michael "The Count" Bisping will face Matt "Hammer" Hamill in the long-awaited rematch from the Ultimate Fighter 3.

The warriors step into the cage on 8 September at The O2, Europe's state-of-the-art entertainment venue.

Rematch? Didn't Hamill get hurt?

If it's true, Hamill isn't ready, Bisping by TKO.

One post? White belt? Doesn't even know they never fought so this couldn't be a rematch?

It all adds up.

This would be a step backwards for Bisping.
