Best Submission Escapes

After seeing Spencer Fisher escape from multiple submission attempts (Guillotine and RNC) in the 1st round at UFC 60, I was wondering which fighter had the best submission escapes.

Matt Hughes escaped from the RNC against Frank Trigg and he was able to slam Carlos Newton to get out of the triangle. Also Henderson escaped a bunch of times against Nog before he was eventually caught.

What are some of the other great submission escapes during fights?

Please no one say Joe Riggs.

Shogun vs Rogerio - I think Rogerio was going for an armbar so Shogun hopped over to the other side to take the pressure off of his arm and delivered a real short shin kick to Rogerio's face for him to let go of the hold.

I'd give the award for most explosive submission escapes to Quinton Jackson. Nothing better than seeing an attempted arm bar or triangle turned into a brutal slam.

Shoji... the man with no particular skill except some athleticism and cardio manage to fight to the end against Renzo. He is all about sub escape/defense.
