GSP/Fitch was a good recent beatdown.
Franklin/Crow was pretty good as well, as was Couture/Sylvia. Not that Sylvia got really fucked up, he just had nothing for Couture for 25 mins.

This was the first fight I thought of when I saw the title, suprised it wasn't on the poll. Thompson VS Yoshida was also pretty brutal.

I'd say Vovchanchyn/Inoue was the worst one I've seen, but I decided to play ball and went for Kharitonov/Schilt
