In the best interest of UFC or Pride, what's the priority of match making?

List your order of importance "FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF THE COMPANY"

1. Making the most competitive fights. (possibly have lots of mediocre draws but outcome are hard to predict, something like Diaz vs Riggs)
2. Making fights that focus on drawing rating (Ortiz vs Shamrock, return of Royce)
3. Making fights that would increase the drawing power of the star they wish to build.
4. Making fights that would earn them most money (ie. low payout for average revenue instead of huge payout for good revenue)
5. Building contenders to have championship fights

Personally... 2>5>1>3>4

First and foremost, I think the UFC has to start mentioning PRIDE and stop calling it/them 'Japan.' People who are new to the MMA scene would look down on UFC fighters that lost to 'some guy from some second rate org. in Japan.' I'm only saying this because I've heard people ask who Silva was and just passed him off as someone who sucks because he wasn't featured in any of the TUF seasons.
