i like when im mounted to push my opponent into a butterfly guard........grab his hips hip up push up and catch him on your shins you can go to full guard ordump him off you.....elbow escape is nice too

Instructional will never give you the feeling of someone who knows what they're doing mounting you and you using crisp technique to escape. Go train BJJ.
