Barnett vs Nog, can Nog submit Barnett?

Nog has the skills to submit anyone, but Barnett definately knows what he's doing on the ground.

I see Barnett having top control on the ground, but do you guys think Nog will catch him in a submission? Either that or Josh wins by decision. I mean Josh must be working a ton on avoiding subs, maybe working with Lister?

Predictions!

I say Barnett via decision

Hum, I can see Nog finishing him, but is smarter to remain active on the feet and control the ground work, looking for sweeps from guard so he doesnt lose a cheesy decision.

I can see this fight going either way via decision, but I got a feeling Nog will win.. I don't think he will sub Barnett.

It could go either way. 50/50 no doubt about it. I think the smart thing for Nog to do though would be to turn it into a stand up fight because he's the better boxer. But Barnett's takedowns > Nog's take down defense.

As much of a Barnett fan I am, an not a fan of Nog at all. I would still go with Nog in this fight, via un. decision.

they both came very close to submitting eachother at final conflict 06. nog had the armbar but barnett used his strength to clasp his arms and maneuver out of it and obviously barnett came close to tapping nog with that knee bar. I'd say they both have the ability to submit eachother.
