Icon12 Babalu and Chucks knees.

I really believe that babalu will work the legs heavy tonight on chuck. Chuck has stated many times he has torn the acls in both knees. He also stated that he doesn't throw kicks anymore due to the pain. I think renatos best chance is to take out chucks base, while avoiding the strikes (easier said than done, i know). Renato made the statement he has been watching and formulating a plan t beat chuck since his loss to him and i believe that plan must focus in on chucks legs. tell me what you all think.

I agree that Babalu will go after Chuck's legs....

That being said. Chuck by KO in the first three rounds.

oh i agree. i think babalu is a superb fighter but it's really hard to fight someone that can end a fight with one punch. i just think for renato to accumulate any success he has to consider chucks legs. but as much as i would like to see reanto win i think chuck will KO him in the 2nd.

Horn had a lot of success with leg kicks in his fight, so I would think that Babalu would want to do the same thing. It would certainly be the smart thing to do.

should be interesting
babalu has to be careful if he goes after the legs.....cause chuck only needs to counter with one good solid right and it is goodnite for babalu

attacking the legs is a good plan, but only if he can avoid the strikes (as you said), if he drops his hands and chuck rushes in on him, its gonna be over and chuck is still gonna be the one holding the belt.

I agree that would be a good strategy. He wouldnt have to be worried about Liddell taking him down cause 1 he couldnt and 2 if he did he could work off his back and get a sub. But for god sakes babalu keep your f'n hands in the upright and locked position
