Minotauro and Spider Seminar in Seattle
Rodrigo Nogueira "Minotauro" and Anderson Silva "Spider" will be having a seminar in Seattle Friday July 13th thru July 17th. What a great opportunity to meet and learn from some of the best mma guys out there! Dates may very but it will be basically over the weekend of July 14th and 15th.

We haven't decided yet - depends on how many people register - we might use highline community college but already have offers from mma gyms here
where are you located?

where are you located?

I live in So cal, but I have a friend that lives in Seattle and he fights and trains, so I was thinkin to call him and tell him. I would like to get the source right first though.

I dont think he is currently training at the moment. He is a state champ in judo though, me and him used to train A LOT down here.

Well for sure tell everyone you know who wants to come here
they are really friendly and great guys to learn from...it's a rare opportunity for people to meet them and for serious fighters to get excellent training.
