Also, anybody who automatically picks Melendez obviously doesn't have a clue who Obiya is.

That's a tremendous fight that could go either way. 50/50 on that one and depending on the odds, Obiya might be a great one to place some coin on.

yeah obiya vs melendez is one of those matches people only dream about.

in a way it's sort of a title unification bout between smaller orgs.

im going with gilbert via looking like carlito and having enough shooto experience to cope on new turf.

actually im strating to beleive in jeff curran, that'l be the closest fight imo (unless jason starts hugging aoki)

hatsu hioki is sort of an inconsistent fighter, if you don't just look at his record.

i think if someone brings the fight to him where he can't really establish his standup, they can take him out of his element.

his fight against quach really revealed alot. his win against hominick really wasn't all that surprising considering hominick really was catering towards hioki's strengths during their fight, instead of doing the smart thing.

I think Aoki is going to have a tough match against Black, but in the end I think Aoki will sub him. Aoki has prove to be able to handle good wrestlers and GnP guys, just recently winning Shooto belt against Akira Kikuchi, so its very likely Aoki can handle Black too. Overall I think it going to be close, but I give the edge to Aoki

Aoki by Sub late in 2 Round

I'm not saying he farts pieces of the true cross, but when he wins, he does so in a manner people talk about. That's why there's so much excitement.
