As of Tonight - No More UFC vs Pride ITS NOW UFC vs KOTC

I tryed to back the UFC for a long time now but man tonight was horrid.
I had people falling asleep before the Bonnar Griffen fight even started...I tryed to get everyone hyped for the Nick Diaz fight but when it started I looked like a dummy. they were all complaining about how weak they were punching saying the fighters looked like Scrubs. And I have to admit after staying up till 8AM to watch Bushido last night....Bushido made this event look like the KOTC, in just talent alone and technique. Alot of the fighters were just swinging wildy with no technique or power. Nothing was impressive at all tonight except for the Babalu Liddell fight. Im not trying to just Bash the UFC but they need to spend the Money and get some real fighters on their PPV's and enough with The low budget events.
When I watch Pride I see all kinds of different technique being used and different styles and great matchups.....But tonight looked like just throw 2 cans in a ring and pray for a brawl...I dont know what type of audience they were looking for but man get this shit right.
Im pissed that I spent $40 on this crap and I know I will be spending another $40 next month because of BJ Penn and Louiseau, but yea, I feel cheated.....

Also...did you guys see how many people left before the main event?...lol. I found that hilarious.

Best UFC in a while. $40 very well spent.

Ummm. I don't know what fights you were watching. First off, Hermes Franca's fight was the best LW fight I have seen in the UFC for a while. Most of the fights were exciting, but Bonnar Griffin was suprisingly less than I expected. The best UFC in a while.

I believe that UFC was pretty bad, too. I also have a feeling that UFC (or the fighter's sponsers) pay the fighters to keep the fight standing.

I can say that I would have spent 100 dollars for that PPV. You need to move to Japan so you can only watch Pride and K1.

Those were great fights; you're high. Only one fight went to decision. We had four fights end by submission --- all different subs. RNC, armbar, kimura, arm-triangle. One KO via knee, one TKO by punches. Very good stuff. The Franca fight was awesome.

If anything, I thought Bushido was major disappointment this time. The Melendez and Kang fights were the only ones I really enjoyed that much.

You're an idiot... hang yourself please. That was a lot better than everyone said it would be. Don't forget to hang yourself though.
