I was listening to the Bubba love sponge show on Serious Satelite radio and he was talking about the next mma show which was ufc 79 and that there was great anticipation for the silva vs liddell matchup. He said he talked to randy about the fight and randy said that he picks silva to win because he feels that silva can do what jardine and is also much more dangerous.

Yes, but then again so did Forrest, and he was correct there.

Most of the time, Randy's thoughts on fights/fighters is pretty accurate. I think whoever wins this fight depends on Wand's level of aggression. If he comes at Chuck real hard just winging bombs, I could see Chuck catching him down the middle and putting him out. However, if Wand fights on the outside and picks his shots like he did against Mirko the first time and Yoshida in the 2003 MWGP, I could see him putting a hurting on Chuck with kicks and punches and maybe even catching him in an exchange.

Despite being a bigger fan of Chuck's than Wanderlei's, I'm rooting for Wand simply because I think Chuck's best days are behind him while Wanderlei still has some juice left in him and can really shake things up in the UFC's LHW division, particularly in a third fight with Rampage.

Can't wait for the 29th.
