We all heard Randy pretty much say Sylvia didnt pull the trigger in his fight versus Monson. And that Sylvia was content to not to lose instead of fighting to win. With Couture's last two losses coming from a ko and Sylvia's reach do you guys see Tim being agressive in the stand-up, and him coming out trying to prove a point and leaving himself open for getting planted on his ass by Randy? I could see that happening. If it gets on the ground I can see Randy finishing it via GnP.
IMO, Randy doesn't stand much of a chance unfortunately. Tim's ground game is decent, if not pretty solid. He can hold his own if he gets taken down. Standing up, its all Tim.

Its kinda interesting because Randy's only chance really is if Tim charges in after him or plants his feet to throw bombs. Randy saying these things could easily be designed to get Tim to do just that. I guess we will find out if he is dumb enough to do it.
I don't like Randy at HW at all. At LHW, he had a run where he was something special. At HW he struggled with Rizzo (gettng a gift decision in one of those fights according to some) and lost to Barnett and Ricco. HE beat Vitor who of course went on to become a LHW as well.
Bad fight for Randy, I think he has gained to much respect for his sub skills. He isn't going to KO Tim, probably can't keep him on the ground. I think he sees himself subbing Sylvia.

Yeh I absolutely agree with this... I see Randy getting knocked out again- and yes it hurts to say that... Im not counting randy out- I just dont see him havin much of a chance...
