I mean honestly? The only thing I've seen from the guy is watching him get crushed by Martin and then a flying knee. And then seeing him look like a fish out of water while getting armbarred. Is it b/c he is a local Sacramento boy? Is it b/c he has the look of a fighter, like very lean and ripped? Is it b/c he actually is pretty good and I just haven't seen it?

I'm not excited about him fighting...

Wanna fight about it?

Yes.

If he can get a ground game he would tear apart most of the UFC LHWs. Some one needs to teach him sprawl and brawl.

Plus Irvin vs Sakara or Bisping are the few UFC LHW match ups i want to see.... KTFO

Who said they were "really stoked" in the first place to make this question necessary?

The way I see it, Irvin is being brought in as a somewhat recognizeable name (due to his beautiful flying knee on Martin) for Ramirez to win over, which will then set up a rematch between Kendall Grove and Ramirez, giving Grove the chance to avenge his loss.

I don't know why the hell he is still fighting in the show. Sincaid, Bonnar, and a NC with Southworth. The guy is a tuffer tomato can.

Nobody said they were really stoked. I was just curious if anyone really was. Like is he considered a pretty popular fighter that the UFC would bring him back?
