Andrei Arlovski's Training

I was on Arlovski's website and under the training section it lists his routine
http://www.arlovski.tv/start.htm

Anyway is that routine normal for most MMA fighters? He has 3 1/2 hours of boxing a day and 2 hours of Jiu-Jitsu. Doesn't it seem like he has way to much training devoted to boxing? 6 days a week 3 1/2 a day. It seems as if he is training more towards a boxing fight from that routine and from the all access special I saw. I would think MMA fighters would devote more time to actual MMA sparring.

Also I was shocked to know that there was no weight training in there...damn

Anyone who has knowledge on training have thoughts to his training routine?
