Anderson silva is great we all know this

Anderson silva is a great champion and great fighter, i know anderson has fought at 170lbs (yushin okami-ROTR 8 for example) is there anyone in the 170 division that could threaten silva like hughes, kos, fitch or GSP with their wrestling/striking? and also since hendo seems set on staying at 205 do people think silva could be a force at LHW i guess what iam getting at could silva possiably hold 2 or 3 titles?

also so people think B J penn could do the same through 155 - 170 - 185 ?
