Although your post has alot of truth in it, Penn is a classic underachiever and nothing you can say can change that. He needs a belt and he needs to hold that belt for a good period of time in order to change his rep as the biggest underachiever of all time.

Think about it, he's the Prodigy and everyone knows he has sick skills, yet he is not a champion. Great fighter but he's going to have to win alot of fights and hold a title for a while before I'm going to hug his nuts.
