u did leave one fact out though he got his black belt in 3 years pretty sure its the record and people diddnt think he was legit so he went and won gold in the black belt division

imo if penn never went to k-1 he would still be ufc ww champinion.

penn still has it too hes just had some problems with over training and injurys not legitamte excuses i know but in the matt hughes fight i think it is. imo i think penn will be the next fighter to hold two belts in two weight classes next to dan henderson. he just needs the motavation and i think this fight with pulver and a possible solid win will do it for him
