2007 worse year for Mirko or Chuck?

They both have 1 win 2 losses this year, tito/chuck was dec 30th '06, but we'll count it as this year. Both started with a win then got KTFO'd then lost decisions. They both have looked unusually bad recently. I say Chuck has had a harder year only because he lost a belt and he has looked LOST in his two recent fights. AT least Mirko won round one vs Kongo and looked good, so at least u get the impression that he still "has it". Chuck looked so mediocre against Jardine.

Chuck lost to 'page and techno viking. Also, he's not made any comments refuting potential retirement.

On the other hand; CoCoa lost to a a pair of Dana-picked gimmee's.

I'd say Cro Cop got it worse. Don't you remember the way he went down after Gonzaga kicked him in the head?

I'll say Chuck is having a worse year. At least Mirko won once in 2007, where as Chuck might be going 0-3. Also, Chuck lost the belt. He's having a worse year.

Cro Cop was expected to win all of his fights, while a lot of people thought Chuck was going to lose to Rampage. I would have to say it is Cro Cop having the worst year. Chuck still has one more fight this year also. If he beats Wandy his year would of improved a lot.

CC by far, imo. coming to the UFC after such a successful year in Pride and having 2 straight losses after a gimme is big

Youknow the way i look at it, at least in the Kongo fight Mirko at least looked like he was trying to figure out what to do in the beginning before the nut shots, whereas Chuck looked like he went into the Funky Viking fight without ANY gameplan whatsoever. He just looked lost out there. One punch here, one punch there kind of thing.....that will not win u MMA fights. Mirko probably has the better chance to rebound from this year. If Chuck loses to Wanderlei......wow how can he rebound from an 0-3 year?

Obviously Mirko, although losing to Jardine is unacceptable.
