Lame interview somewhat...thanks for posting it though...cant get too much.
It was interesting he said it was his longest training camp. I wonder if that was cause he was so fat. Hehe....it does make me feel better he took an extra week to shack off any ring rust and lose the max weight before cutting time. He looked pretty goos in the pic there..in shape.

yeh thats one comment i would have made, his training camp for this fight doesnt seem to be the strongest. unless he is just wanting to give something back to the kids that were on his team at TUF. which is decent of rampage.
LMAO @ the rich franklin comment.

thats an exception to the rule--- training partners mean a ton...its a big part of hte reaon great camps produce great fighters.

Training stand up with Kongo is better than any stand up fighter Forrest can train with.
