JB: So Champ, you ready for the fight?

QJ: I like to fight!

JB: How do you plan on beating Forrest?

QJ: Through being better during the fight.

JB: What's the strongest part of your game?

QJ: All of it.

JB: How did you prepare for Forrest?

QJ: I trained on takedown defense and grappling with Cheick Kongo, and worked on standup with Jeremy May, Mike Dolce, and Gerald Harris.

JB: I saw Kevin James put you to sleep at the TUF 7 finale, does you guys train together?

QJ: Yeah, Kev has taught me a few things about thai-clinch defense, I think he picked up those things from Rick Franklin.

I was trying to sum up the big bag of nothing that Rampage served up in the interview.

his trainings partners arent good imo.
here they are:
Chiek Kongo, Hector Ramirez, Jeremy May, Mike Dolce, Gerald Harris, Dave Roberts…
Other than maybe cheik they arent even mediocre. jeremy may, dave roberts (wtf???). mike and gerald ( below average) and hector ramirez is decent. forrest trains with wanderlei, randy etc. i wouldnt call that a good training camp for a undisputed champion.

training partners dont mean too much, fedor was training with 2 welterweights for his first fight with nog.
