Seriously that can't be considered fighter bashing. It's a great honor to be roasted. Shaq, Emmitt Smith, Drew Carey, all these people have been roasted. It's a great tradition and the person being roasted has a great time.

Everyone knows you don't get offended at a roast.

I thought it would be a fun light-hearted thread. I was looking forward to hearing the contributions of the other sherdog members.

A roast is when you get together to honor someone and make a lot of jokes about the person you're honoring.

I didn't see the thread in question but I'm guessing it was removed because the jokes could have been construed as fighter bashing.
