Okay:
"Cecil Peoples has made some real blunders in his time as a judge."
Not okay:
"Cecil Peoples is a fucking dumb ass retard. We should lynch him and the rest of those blind asshole judges."
I've said this to a lot of people: The only thing separating people with dubs from people without dubs is tact.
