what exactly are the criteria that lead to the deletion of a thread in the war room?

there was a thread in there 5 minutes ago in which people discussed whether or not intelligence was (in part) genetically determined. it didn't seem in any way out of hand. why was it deleted? the threads title was something like "is it racism if you tell the truth?". assuming that this thread was deleted on account of it being racist, why do all the rants on islam, jews and gays go through?

edit: some moderator in the WR stated that "inevitably" all threads concerning racism invite "idiocy and racism" and are thus deleted eventually. if so, how come people like fist to face can rant on and on about gays, calling them freaks of nature and wishing that they die of aids; how come people can call islamists animals and criminals? all this with no interference by moderators. of course bashing gays is not racist, but it's discriminatory as well and i don't really see the difference. in particular because the gay and jew bashing takes on epic proportions, whereas the above mentioned thread at most included the statement that certain empirical evidence may imply intelligence levels diverging across "races".

i don't don't really wish that these threads be shut down or the posters banned. but many threads on race issues have been closed down due to far less discriminatory statements.
