*NEW* Question about Search Function (Please Read, Sonny)

Sonny, Thanks for informing the Boards that there are problems are you guys are working on them. Very helpful.

About Searching: I noticed there's a new Image Verification tool you're using. Every time I do an advanced search I need to verify an Image with case sensitive letters and numbers. Is this the "new" search function or is this a temporary thing? I gotta say I do hate it very much. Also if Image Verification is gonna be used, is it going to remain this shitty looking (these images are really really low quality. some case sensitive letters are undiscernible)? thanks

I don't see that feature when I search. Are you still getting it now?

I figured more out about it: For some reason sherdog's forums are SOMETIMES recognizing my IP and logging me in automatically (with my settings it should be doing it all the time). When not logged in I tried to use the Search function and I get that feature. After logging in it goes away.

Another thing I forgot to mention: Earlier today the "Search this Thread" option had disappeared for a few hours. However, it's now back.

So the Image Verification for non-forum members: is that the new policy as opposed to "you can't search if you aren't a forum member?"

There are some new features that I'm trying to get a handle on myself. We have a BUNCH of new admins working on the board. They added some new software to the site last night and are now working out the kinks.

word. IF you guys are gonna have Image Verification I recommed a better cycle of Images. I was having trouble earlier. I know you guys are doing alot so I'll try not to bring up every little problem I have (this was my first one

When all the bugs are worked out the board will be better. It's frustrating I know, but I assure you we have a lot of people working on this.

It wasn't case sensitive for me and I was only prompted when I wasn't signed in. It is still annoying though. I can't quite figure out the benefit of verifying a search.
