There has to be a delay between starting threads, at least for white belts. Also limit the amount of threads white belts can start. There is an idiot right now making 10 threads a minute begging to get banned. I don't see any reason not to do this.

I think whitebelts just want to increase their postcount but can't really contribute to threads since majority of them don't know anything so they post threads asking questions instead.
