Go to "Forum"; select the forum of interest (usually Heavyweights, 'less you got a kink); then look on that page (towards the top and left) for the link "Start a New Thread"). But before doing that, it helps to search the forums to see if a thread already exists on your topic (in that case, go to the top right and look for the search link). First time posters suffer like first time offenders in the penitentiary. If there's a pillow in range, don't be afraid to bite down when it hurts.
