How do you set up an avatar on your account/profile?

Somone told me get an orange belt and the option would appear but its nowhere to be found. Help?

No problem, but I really have to say this - a thread like this comes once a week. The Board and Site suggestions work pretty well too, and the two forums aren't really active, so youcan check it out from other threads instead of starting another.
