how to automatically subscribe to threads that i post in?

some forums i go to, i can go to quick links and subscribed threads, and itll have the list of all threads i posted in.. is this possible here?

At the top of a thread in "Thread Tools" you can subscribe to the thread. In User CP you can go to "List Subscriptions" to see the threads that you have subscribed to.
